SHIPPING
PAX Puzzle has taken the approach of offering excellent prices on our puzzles
(over 100 products under $15!) and reasonable shipping rates. PAX Puzzle ships
by "Best Way". What this means is that depending on the shipping location and/or
the weight of your order, you order may be shipped by United States Postal
Service (USPS) or Fed Ex service: USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, Fed
Ex Residential Ground, or Fed Ex Commercial Ground. You will recieve an email
from PAX Puzzle when your order ships.
The number of days of shipping time vary based on your location and USPS or Fed
Ex processing, but are generally between 2-6 business days for domestic orders
within the USA. We do not offer express or overnight shipping options. Shipping
times cannot be guaranteed, please allow extra time if there is a special event
you need your item by. We cannot give a delivery estimate for international
orders. Rates are calculated and presented during the checkout process.
We recommend creating an account so you can select “checkout”
from the shopping cart if you wish to check shipping rates.
Packages sent in the U.S. take 3-6 business days to arrive. Due to the increased
shipping volume through the postal service during the holiday season packages may take longer than expected.
The United States Postal Service's cut off date for Christmas delievery is December 20, 2018.
Please order by midnight on the 20th to make the USPS deadline.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is very important
to us. We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects
in manufacturing for 30 calender days from the date of purchase. Returns for
other reasons may be accepted 30 calender days from the date of purchase on a
case by case basis only and may incur a restocking fee, please contact us at
360-628-8366 for a return authorization number. Shipping fees are not
refundable, and we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
Products returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted and
may be returned to buyer at buyer's expense. Items that have been laser-engraved
are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Although we try to prevent it, from time
to time a product may be backordered. If this should occur, you will be
contacted and offered the opportunity to change or cancel your order, or have us
ship when the item is in stock. For most items, a backorder will only be for 1
to 2 weeks unless a product is out of stock at the manufacturer level or
discontinued. PAX Puzzle maintains an inventory of products to try to avoid
backorders.
